Select a category, then pick the service you need. Choose an available appointment date and time (or the first available slot). If needed, we can later adjust your appointment to an earlier date/time.
Enter your name, phone number, and email address. Complete the required intake screening questions. If you’d like an initial scheduling change, note it in the “Additional Information” field.
You’ll receive an appointment confirmation on-screen and by email.
Based on your information, you’ll receive a cost estimate in a separate email. Accept the estimate to finalize your scheduled appointment.
