General Questions

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Saturday appointments are available by request. We are closed on Sundays.
Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure prompt service. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, business invoicing (for employers), and cash.
Our office is located at 13601 Preston Rd, Suite 215W, Dallas, TX 75240, in the Carillon Towers complex at Preston Rd & Alpha Rd (West Tower).

Drug & Alcohol Testing

We provide DOT and non-DOT drug testing, including urine, hair, and oral fluid collections (depending on program requirements).

Results are typically available within 24–48 hours for most drug tests. Some specialized tests may take longer.

Yes. We provide pre-employment, random, post-accident, return-to-duty, and court-ordered testing.

Breath Alcohol Testing

Yes. We use DOT-approved equipment and trained collectors to provide accurate, defensible results.

Most appointments are completed in 15 minutes or less.

DNA Testing

We offer paternity, family relationship, legal, and peace-of-mind DNA testing with results processed by accredited laboratories.

Yes. All DNA testing is handled with complete confidentiality and professionalism. Legal results are court-admissible.

Most DNA results are available within 3–5 business days, depending on the type of test.

Fingerprinting

Yes, we provide both options depending on what your agency requires.

FBI background checks can be available in as little as 24 hours, while most state and agency results return within 72 hours.

Yes, we offer mobile services for employers, groups, and agencies in the DFW area.

Notary & Remote Online Notary (RON)

We notarize most common documents including affidavits, wills, power of attorney, real estate forms, school documents, and more.

Yes. Our Remote Online Notary services allow you to notarize documents securely from anywhere with just a computer or mobile device.

I-9 Employment Verification

Yes. We assist both local and remote employees as an Authorized Representative, ensuring compliance for employers across the U.S.

No. The I-9 form does not require notarization. When we complete the form, we act solely as the employer’s Authorized Representative for verification, not as a Notary.
