At Gray Positive Solutions LLC, we strive to provide excellent service. Please review our refund and rescheduling terms below:
1. Appointments
- Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only available if Gray Positive Solutions LLC is unable to provide the scheduled service.
- Once a service has been rendered (e.g., specimen collection, fingerprinting, notary), no refunds will be issued.
- Pre-paid services that are unused may be rescheduled within 30 days.
3. Employer/Group Testing
- Employer accounts are billed per agreement.
- Rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to scheduled employee testing.
